This page is used to help you manage the application of terms and conditions to assets in your IMS Library (Home > Configuration > Site Options > Terms & Conditions). |
Setting name | Description |

Enable site terms and conditions | Select this option if you want anyone who visits or tries to login to your IMS Library to agree to your terms and conditions, the first time they visit. Note that they will not be asked to accept the terms and conditions every time they visit, so long as their browser accepts cookies. For this to be effective you must enter the terms and conditions text in the Site terms and conditions field, below. |
Reset terms and conditions | If you change your terms and conditions and want all users to accept the new terms and conditions, select this option. This clears all pre-existing records of users who have accepted the terms and conditions, so that all users will be prompted to accept the new terms and conditions either the next time they visit. |

Upload terms and conditions | If you want to present terms and conditions when a user uploads files, enter the content you want them to agree to here. A pop-up window interrupts the upload process to obtain the user's agreement. |
Download terms and conditions | If you want to present terms and conditions when a user downloads files, enter the content you want them to agree to here. A pop-up window interrupts the download process to obtain the user's agreement. |
